Japanese Macaque Relaxing in Hot SpringThe rain forest is no where near where I live, but I have read and studied quite a bit about this part of the planet and have come to fall in love with the rain forest. The problem is not everyone has the same information that I do and this often means they do not share the same type of love that I have for the rain forest and this often leads to people considering me a little bit crazy because I tend to work on conservation issues as much as possible to get the rain forest protected.

The main thing I enjoy with the rain forest is the fact that they are the main producers of the oxygen that we are breathing in each day. Since the rain forest is the main producer on the planet for oxygen I have a soft spot for these locations, as I would think anyone would. However, because of a lack of education a lot of people do not know more about the way the rain forest are helping to protect the planet from harm and a complete lack of oxygen. With the proper education, though, people can enjoy the rain forest like me.
